Wichita-Glenn Mountains region. Native prairie grass & mesquite savanna with exposed black gabbro rocks in the creek and pastures and gravel pit.  Miles of 8-foot-wide mowed trails.  Property is 234 acres joined across a dirt road at the corners.

SECTIONS
Widely varied and innovative.

DIRECTIONS
~35 Miles from Lawton, Hobart and Altus, Oklahoma, one mile west of the west border of the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge

From I-44 at northeast Lawton take Rogers Lane US 62 Bypass toward Cache & Altus. Go 6+ miles west across north Lawton, merging onto US 62. Continue west an additional ~20 miles to Oklahoma (OK) 54 (goes only north toward Gotebo).  Go 11.3 miles north on OK 54 to a gravel road at top of small rise. Note small green sign CEMETERY before you turn off OK 54, hills on the left, and some exposed pasture rocks.  Go right or east on this gravel road 2 miles (you will be facing the Wichita Mountains), passing Springhill Cemetery on right at 1/3rd mile.  At 2 miles from OK 54 go right or south at + intersection 1/3rd mile to creek area where the Johnson ranch buildings are on the right (trees, green gates, grey buildings).  Trials camping and parking is in a new area ~3/4 mile further south then left continuing on the same road.
